Q) Is there a business center for residents to use?

A) We have a coworking space for all residents that provides all of the buzz of a coffee shop without the commute.

 

Q) Does Kirin have bike storage for residents?

A) Yes, Kirin offers bike storage for all residents!

 

Q) What apartment floorplan options does Kirin offer?

A) Kirin offers studio, one, and two-bedroom apartments in Uptown Seattle. Each of our floorplans includes incredible amenities floor to ceiling windows, quartz countertops, and luxury vinyl plank flooring!

 

Q) Which utilities are included in my rent?

A) No utilities are included with rent

 

Q) What are my options for paying my rent?

A) Payments can be made online through Henri, or by personal check, cashier’s check, or money order

 

Q) How long does it take for an application to be approved?

A) It usually takes our team 5-8 business days to process applications

 

Q) Is your property smoke-friendly?

A) Kirin Apartments is a smoke-free community

 

Q) Does your property have on-site maintenance?

A) Yes, residents can submit their service request online through our resident portal called Henri.

 

Q) What happens if a resident is locked out of their apartment?

A) If this happens, a resident will need to call the After Hours Emergency number. Please note that each lock-out response to incurs a $75 lock-out charge, and $75 for any replacement keys.

 

Q) Does your property offer on-site parking? Is your property parking free or paid?

A) Yes we do have on-site parking, it is paid parking.

 

Q) Is your property pet-friendly?

A) Yes, Kirin Apartments is a pet-friendly community!

 

Q) Am I required to purchase renter’s insurance?

A) Yes all residents are required to have renter’s insurance
